Colwell Bay offers something for everyone, a child friendly, gently sloping sandy beach with crystal clear bathing at one end, and a pebbly beach with plenty of rock pools for crabbing at the other. Colwell Bay is directly accessible via a slipway from Brambles Chine.

Brambles Chine is located on a self catering holiday village known as Linstone Chine. Linstone Chine holiday village is privately owned and run by a committee of the chalet owners.

Fantastic views of the Solent and mainland beyond can be enjoyed from the bungalow and across the site, from Hurst Castle to the east right through to the Needles in the west.

The accommodation consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (bunk beds).

The living room has a Sofa bed, LCD TV with Freeview, Radio/CD player.

The large living area has a modern fully equipped kitchen with Built-in Electric Cooker with Gas Hob, Fridge, Dishwasher, Kettle, Toaster and Microwave etc. All the necessities for an enjoyable self catering break on the Isle of Wight.

Car parking is available to the front of the bungalow and throughout the site.

Our self catering bungalow has gas fired central heating throughout, essential for out of season breaks.

To the front of the bungalow is a patio area with picnic bench and lawns for sitting out and enjoying a summer evening's barbecue after a day on the beach or visiting one of the Isle of Wight's many attractions.

Free Wifi is available across the site, although this is provided locally by the holiday village, therefore we cannot guarantee availability or download speeds ourselves.

The pretty harbour town of Yarmouth is less than 2 miles away and within walking or easy cycling distance of Brambles Chine via the coast path and Fort Victoria country park.

The Wightlink car and passenger ferry crosses from Lymington on the mainland to Yarmouth. The Red Funnel ferry which crosses the Solent to Southampton to East Cowes is less than 30 minutes drive from Brambles Chine.

The facilities on the holiday site include a coin-operated launderette, a general store, crazy golf, 9-hole pitch and putt golf course, a large recreation area with goal posts and a children's play area. All making a great holiday for kids of all ages.

There are several excellent bars and restaurants set right on the waters edge at Colwell Bay and Totland Bay within easy walking distance across the beach.

All of the Isle of Wight attractions are all within easy reach by car or bus from Brambles Chine. There are also many walks and cycle routes, the Isle of Wight coastal path even passes through the Brambles Chine holiday village.
